Guidelines for Return to Meadows Baptist Church

  1. No Sunday School, Choir, Children’s Church or Teen Church because of Close Proximity.
  2. Please use Bathroom for Emergencies Only.
  3. Use Main entrance only for entry and exit. Side and rear doors are for emergency use only.
  4. Those that are able, please park in the rear and save the front parking spots for those that need them.
  5. Front Doors will be left opened before and after the service so that each of us will not have to touch the handles.
  6. Keep Hands Washed & Use Sanitizer.
  7. Please remain with your family at all times upon entrance, seating, and exit. Make sure that children stay with you and do not wander.
  8. Please Sit with Family only (this may include extended family that you have had contact with during the Quarantine period).
  9. Ushers will assist in Seating to ensure Social Distancing guidelines are upheld and every other row of pews will not be used and will be marked off.
  10. No Shaking Hands! Please!
  11. No Hugs! Please!
  12. PLEASE STAY AT HOME IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR FAMILY HAS HAD ANY TYPE OF SYMPTOMS OF A RESPIRATORY NATURE SICKNESS OR A FEVER IN THE PAST 72 HOURS.
  13. If you need the Altar, please come to the altar but be aware of distances. Keep in mind that you can also turn and use your pew as an altar.
  14. Any high risk, elderly or immune deficient folks should be very cautious about attending at this time. This will be left to personal discretion. 
  15. The Nursery will NOT be staffed but is available if needed for changing. Please limit your stay and sanitize when you are finished.
  16. We will be sanitizing the church between services and will have hand sanitizer available.
  17. All song books have been temporarily removed and we will be using the projector for congregational songs.
  18. All personal items have been removed from the sanctuary and we ask that you don’t leave any in the near future. Any items you may have left can be found in the foyer.
  19. If you have any reservation about attending because of the threat of sickness, we ask you to use your own discretion. We will continue to livestream the services for our elderly, high-risk members and anyone who has reservations of attending. As always, you have every freedom and right to stay at home or Attend!!!
